Governing your access to the Qurio Cognitive Environment.
01.Data Security & Privacy
We treat your intellectual data and personal identity with the highest level of security. Qurio utilizes enterprise-grade infrastructure provided by compliant, world-class partners including Google and Supabase.
- ▹Encryption: All personal data (email, name) and private chat logs are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is secured via TLS.
- ▹Row Level Security (RLS): Our databases employ strict RLS policies. This means your chat logs and profiles are cryptographically isolated at the database level—no other user can access your data.
- ▹No Data Selling: We do not sell your personal information or chat histories to third parties. Your thinking journey remains entirely yours.
02.Account Creation & Child Safety
Qurio is designed to be a safe cognitive environment for users of all ages, supported by strict account hierarchies and data minimization practices.
Age Restrictions
Users under the age of 18 may create an independent account, but they are strictly prohibited from creating sub-profiles. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from making any purchases or payments on the platform.
Parental Controls
Only adult accounts (18+) may create and manage "Child Profiles." The adult assumes full responsibility for the child's interactions and financial obligations.
Data Minimization for Children
When an adult creates a Child Profile, we practice strict data minimization. We only ask for a display name (or alias) and age to calibrate the AI reasoning engine. We do not collect phone numbers, locations, or external contact details for child profiles.
03. Nature of Service
Qurio is a software platform that provides a structured interface for interacting with third-party artificial intelligence systems. Qurio does not generate original intelligence, advice, opinions, instructions, or conclusions of its own.
All outputs displayed through Qurio are generated by external AI service providers. Qurio does not control, verify, validate, endorse, or assume responsibility for any AI-generated content.
No Professional Advice
Qurio does not provide professional, educational, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Content generated through the platform must not be relied upon for decision-making of any kind. Any reliance on AI output is solely at your own risk.
04. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you interpret, use, apply, or act upon any content generated through Qurio. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and ethical standards.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qurio, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
This includes damages for loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
06. Termination & IP
- ▹ Qurio may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected misuse.
- ▹ The platform interface and orchestration logic remain the intellectual property of Qurio.
- ▹ Qurio does not claim ownership over the underlying AI models or their internal logic.
07.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You irrevocably agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chandigarh, India.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.
