01.Enterprise-Grade Security
Your intellectual privacy is our highest priority. We utilize world-class, compliant infrastructure provided by industry leaders such as Google and Supabase to ensure your personal data (name, email) and chat logs remain strictly confidential.
- Encryption at Rest & TransitAll databases and backups are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All communications between your device and our servers are encrypted in transit via TLS.
- Row Level Security (RLS)We employ strict Row Level Security policies at the database level. Your chat logs and profile data are cryptographically isolated, guaranteeing that no other user can access your information.
02.Child Privacy & Age Requirements
We strictly adhere to global privacy frameworks regarding minors (such as COPPA and GDPR-K) to ensure a safe cognitive environment.
Account Ownership
Users under 18 may hold standalone accounts but are prohibited from creating sub-profiles. Only adults accounts (18+) may create and manage Child Profiles.
Payment Restrictions
Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from making purchases or financial transactions on the platform.
Strict Data Minimization for Kids
When a parent creates a Child Profile, we apply aggressive data minimization. We ask only for a display name and age to calibrate the AI reasoning engine. We never collect or solicit contact information, locations, or external identifiers from child profiles.
03. Data Minimization
For all users, Qurio collects only the bare minimum information necessary to authenticate you and operate the platform. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
- •Authentication identifiers (Email, Account ID).
- •Profile metadata required for logic calibration (Name, Age/DOB, Country).
- •Session and usage metadata for cost accounting and system integrity.
04. AI Processing & Third Parties
User inputs are transmitted securely to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating cognitive responses. Qurio acts exclusively as an orchestration layer.
No Training on User Data
Qurio does not train AI models on your private conversations, sell conversation data, or use your content for advertising or profiling. Your thoughts and chat logs remain exclusively yours.
05. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed and retained strictly for:
- Platform Functionality
- Abuse Prevention
- Cost Accounting
- Compliance Obligations
06. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational needs or legal requirements. If you choose to delete your account, your profile data, child profiles, and associated chat logs will be permanently and cryptographically purged from our active databases in accordance with our deletion protocols.
