Nature of Digital Service
Qurio provides immediate access to computational resources, third-party artificial intelligence usage, and real-time processing. Unlike physical goods, these resources are consumed instantly upon use.
General Policy
All purchases are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital access and the irrevocable costs incurred by Qurio to generate AI outputs, we generally cannot offer refunds once the service has been accessed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued at Qurio’s sole discretion in specific verified cases:
Refund eligibility does not extend to dissatisfaction with AI outputs, subjective expectations, or simple changes of mind.
Abuse Prevention
Qurio reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving potential abuse, policy violations, or attempts to exploit the platform (including repeated refund requests or "chargeback fraud").
Continued use constitutes acceptance of this policy.
