Acceptable Use Policy

Defining the boundaries of safe and responsible cognitive exploration.

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted and strictly prohibited uses of Qurio. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these rules to ensure a safe, secure, and constructive environment for all thinkers.

01.Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal Acts: Using Qurio for any unlawful, illegal, or harmful activity, including activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
  • Harmful Content: Attempting to generate, promote, or facilitate violence, abuse, harassment, hate speech, self-harm, or the exploitation of minors.
  • Professional Misuse: Using Qurio as a definitive substitute for professional advice (medical diagnoses, legal counsel, financial planning). We are a reflective tool, not an expert advisory system.
  • System Abuse: Bypassing safety guardrails, rate limits, credit accounting systems, or operational restrictions.
  • Automated Scraping: Automating access via bots, scrapers, or scripts, or attempting to reverse engineer the platform's orchestration logic.
  • Identity Spoofing: Misrepresenting your identity, age, or intent (e.g., a child posing as an adult to bypass payment or safety filters).

02.Responsible Use

Qurio is designed to support and challenge reflective thinking. As a user, you are expected to:

  • Apply your own independent human judgment to all AI outputs.
  • Independently verify critical facts, dates, and assertions using external, reliable sources.
  • Understand and accept the inherent limitations, biases, and "hallucination" risks associated with Large Language Models (LLMs).

03.Enforcement & Monitoring

To ensure the safety of our infrastructure and compliance with third-party AI provider guidelines, Qurio reserves the right to employ automated safety monitoring systems.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the platform without prior notice or refund, at our sole and absolute discretion.
