02.AI Generation & Accuracy
All responses, outputs, prompts, reflections, and synthesized material presented through Qurio are generated by third-party artificial intelligence systems operating outside of Qurio’s direct control. Qurio does not create, author, verify, validate, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any generated content.
The "Hallucination" Risk
Artificial intelligence outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, speculative, misleading, biased, outdated, or inappropriate for certain contexts. AI models are known to "hallucinate" facts. You must independently verify critical information.
03.Interface Layer & Third Parties
Qurio functions solely as an orchestration and interface layer that structures your interaction with foundational AI models (such as those provided by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.).

04.Assumption of Risk & Liability
You acknowledge and agree that your use of Qurio is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for how you interpret, apply, or act upon any content generated through the platform. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for the interactions and interpretations of children using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qurio, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated outputs, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any decision made based on such outputs.
Responsibility for compliance with local laws, regulations, and ethical considerations remains solely with the user.
